Take 20 minutes or so to stroll around this unique mix of art and natural garden in the Okoka Wetland - an area of special ecological significance.



There are 12 acres containing wetland bullrushes surrounded by grassland and native plantings on the banks of the stream.

Grass paths lead you amongst extensive new plantings of native garden surrounded by a lagoon with waterfowl.

This unique area is a backdrop for an outside sculpture walk representing some of New Zealand’s finest sculptors.
